We provide a limited number of free messages and usage credits to allow users to evaluate our platform before making any purchase. We believe this free access offers sufficient opportunity to determine whether our service meets your needs.
By continuing with a paid subscription or purchase after the free trial or free credits are exhausted, you acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy.
Zovoro AI follows a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans and purchases, including:

• Yearly plans
• One-time purchases
• Add-ons or usage credits
Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, regardless of usage levels or account activity.

Issues unrelated to Zovoro AI—such as internet outages, device issues, personal situations, third-party restrictions, or local technical failures—are not eligible for refunds or service credits.
3. Service Failure Compensation
While refunds are not available, if Zovoro AI fails to deliver service due to an internal issue—such as prolonged downtime or major system-wide disruptions—we may offer compensation in the form of:

Verified billing errors may be corrected by issuing credits or adjusting your next billing cycle.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:
• Your access remains active until the end of the billing cycle
• You will not receive a refund for the remaining days
• You will not be charged again unless you reactivate
